12:00 Private group

6:00 hot power hour advanced
8:15 private class

Fridays:
appointments available for private classes

Stratusphere Yoga (Maple)
10:00am (Hot Flow Level 2)
12:00pm (Beginners/Foundations)

Lisa also teaches at Bombardier Aerospace, Little Tots Manor, Toronto French School and many private classes/one on ones.
