The Weekend to End Breast Cancer

This weekend I will be guiding all participants in the Weekend To End Breast Cancer in Toronto who are wanting a good cool down, post-walk yoga session. I will be at Chorley Park on Douglas Drive from 10:30-12:00pm.

So...I am happy to announce that I have been selected to be an ambassador for Lululemon! The store that I am represented by is in the Vaughan Mills shopping centre. This month I am teaching Yoga for Kids on the last two Saturdays of the month from 9am-10am
A special yoga program specially designed for kids aged 4-12!
Parents do yoga with their children or children can practice alone while parents watch. This is an educational program touching on the fundamentals of various yoga practices where children will play games to help develop creativity, focus and spirituality, chant with instruments, use story telling to help learn yoga postures and practice deep relaxation.
